All of our coaching packages are one time payments unless otherwise stated on the page you order from. We aim to commence your personal coaching within 72 hours of your order, usually much sooner. After ordering you will receive an email with a link to our new member fact finding form. Please make sure to complete this as soon as possible so that we can begin your personal coaching.

You agree that you will be billed immediately and then every 30 days thereafter for continuing access.
You can easily cancel your subscription at any time in 2 clicks by scrolling to the bottom of the member’s home page and clicking ‘Account & Billing Management’, you can then scroll down and then click 'Submit Form' under the section 'Cancel Your Monthly Subscription'. Alternatively you may contact our support desk and request cancellation. You will not be billed again and your membership and access will expire at the end of the current 30 day billing period you have paid for.
The first immediate payment upon purchasing a monthly subscription is fully covered by our 14 day money back guarantee. From time to time we may offer the opportunity to purchase a Warrior Network lifetime membership with a multi pay option in order to spread the cost of your purchase. An example might be a 2 pay option.
One payment is charged immediately upon successful checkout and the following payment is charged to the same card in 30 days time. There are no further payments due. You receive access to the Warrior Network members area immediately after the first payment is completed.
Please note that if the 2nd payment fails then your account access may be restricted. You will receive an email notification that your payment has failed and we will retry up to 4 times in 1 week. All of our payment processing is handled by Stripe. Warrior Network does not store any card details. All of our order pages are secured via SSL (Sectigo Security Services), please ensure that any page you order from bears the 'SECURED BY positive SSL' security symbol and that your browser shows the page as secure (usually a padlock symbol).
In some instances you may be required to pass additional security checks to complete your purchase. An example might be '3D Secure' or 'Strong Customer Authentication'. If this is required our payment processor Stripe will handle this there and then or send you an email with instructions. Please note that any additional security checks must be completed before you will be given access to your Warrior Network account.
If after purchase you feel that the product/s do not meet expectations (i.e. the product/s are not exactly what was promised on the sales page) you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to request a refund you may submit a ticket to our support desk at https://warriornetwork.global/support/ requesting a refund along with a valid reason.
An example of a valid reason would be that you were unable to access your product/s, or the product/s are not what was promised on the sales page that you purchased from.
Please note that our system does recorded members activity when they are logged in to the members area. We do not tolerate 'deliberate refunders' i.e. purchasing our products, consuming them and then asking for a refund just before the refund period expires, we consider this as theft and would not issue a refund in such cases.
If you have purchased one of our coaching services you may request a refund before your coaching starts. Please note if we have already started coaching you we will not be able to issue a refund, or a 'pro rata' refund. If we fail to deliver the service we promised, then we will issue a full refund at your request.
One of our core goals is to provide outstanding value and education that is 100% accurately described on our sales pages and we will always ensure we deliver exactly that.
In the event of any chargeback/clawback scenario occurring, we would normally suspend the account in question whilst an investigation with the bank is in progress and evidence is exchanged and reviewed.
Approved refund requests are processed on the same day of the request and funds are returned to the card you used to purchase. Please note it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your account (depending on the bank).

Everything we teach at Warrior Network is based on our own working knowledge... i.e. we don't teach just 'theory', we teach only strategies, methods and recommend products that we use ourselves and are currently getting results with.

Warrior Network is an education platform and all of our products are provided either digitally online via on demand video streaming, on the telephone, in person or as a combination of the aforementioned. We do not send physical products through the mail unless specifically specified on the page you order from.
All of our training material is provided within our protected members area in the English language by native English speakers. We also provide downloadable material that can be printed and used to assist you in your Body Transformation. This will be found in the 'Resources' area.
We review all of our training on a monthly basis to ensure that it is still relevant and up to date and will update it accordingly if required. We believe in only teaching body transformation strategies that are working for us right now.
For the best user experience we recommend that you access your Warrior Network membership account on a Desktop PC or MAC.
After a successful order your account is activated immediately and you will receive an email that contains your login instructions. You will be required to set your password to log in.
